Product Introduction
When the process involves high pressure, high flow velocity, or corrosive conditions, and the protective sheath of the bimetallic thermometer itself is not suitable for such conditions, or when the process pipeline or equipment must remain a closed system prior to instrument installation, a thermometer sleeve should be used to ensure safety and proper operation. For media at medium and low pressures, straight or conical bored-tube thermometer sleeves are recommended. For applications involving high flow velocities of the measured medium or where the thermometer sleeve needs to have high strength, a conical bored-tube sleeve should be selected. In cases where it is necessary to reduce resistance or shorten thermal response time, a stepped thermometer sleeve can be used.
