Product Introduction
All components of the Y(N)-BF series all-stainless steel pressure gauges are made of stainless steel. The key components are fabricated from 0Crl7Ni12Mo2 (316) material, making these gauges suitable for use in environments with corrosive gases and for measuring the pressure of highly corrosive media. They are widely used in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical engineering, fiber optics, metallurgy, power plants, pharmaceuticals, and food processing.
The seismic-resistant stainless steel pressure gauge is suitable for use in environments with severe vibrations. When measuring the pressure of media with strong pulsations, the pointer reading exhibits high accuracy and stability, and the gauge boasts a long service life. Consequently, it has a wider range of applications.
The instrument consists of a pressure-sensing system (including connectors, Bourdon tubes, damping screws, and other components), a gear transmission mechanism, a indicating device (comprising a pointer and dial), and an enclosure (including the case, dial, and glass cover). The enclosure features an airtight design that effectively protects the internal mechanisms from environmental influences and contamination. The pressure gauge, housed within the enclosure and filled with silicone oil, is a vibration-resistant model made of stainless steel, capable of withstanding the effects of intense vibrations and pulsating pressure fluctuations in harsh working environments.
