During pressure measurement, the spring tube in the stainless steel pressure gauge is subjected to the pressure being measured, causing it to undergo corresponding elastic deformation—displacement—at its free end. This displacement is then amplified by a transmission mechanism and subsequently displayed on the dial via the indicating device. At the same time, the pointer of the stainless steel pressure gauge causes the moving contact of the electrical contact device to make contact with the fixed contact on the set-point indicator.
In this way, the control system will be either connected or disconnected, thereby achieving automatic control and alarm signaling. Moreover, adjustable magnetic steel is mounted on the electrical contact signal pins of the stainless steel pressure gauge’s electrical contact device to enhance the contact attraction force and accelerate the contact action, ensuring reliable contact closure, eliminating electric arcs, and effectively preventing frequent contact interruptions caused by vibrations in the operating environment or pulsations in the medium pressure.
Therefore, during use, users will be able to experience the superior performance of this instrument. The stainless steel pressure gauge not only boasts reliable operation but also features a long service life and high contact-switching capacity. In practical applications, this instrument is primarily used to measure the pressure of various media—including liquids and gases—that are non-corrosive to copper alloys, pose no explosion risk, and are non-crystalline.
For different application requirements, we can also pair this stainless steel pressure gauge with corresponding electrical devices to achieve the desired function of two-position automatic control and signaling (alarm) for preset high or low pressure values in the measured pressure system.
As for stainless steel pressure gauges, their measurements are controllable—meaning we can set the upper and lower control pressure values according to actual conditions. Currently, stainless steel pressure gauges have been widely adopted in industrial enterprises such as petroleum, chemical, power plant, and metallurgical industries, as well as in mechanical and electrical equipment.
