Product Introduction
An acetylene pressure gauge is a specialized, oil-free pressure gauge used to measure the pressure of acetylene gas. Its structure is similar to that of a conventional pressure gauge; however, components that come into direct contact with acetylene—such as fittings and Bourdon tubes—must be made from materials containing no more than 70% copper to prevent the formation of explosive acetylene-copper compounds. The gauge undergoes rigorous degreasing treatment to ensure safe operation in acetylene environments. The dial is clearly marked with either “C₂H₂” or the word “Acetylene.”
