Product Introduction

The YE(BF) series diaphragm pressure gauge is suitable for measuring low pressures and negative pressures that do not corrode copper alloys and pose no explosion hazard. It is widely used in equipment such as boiler ventilation systems and gas pipelines. This instrument can be installed on-site and provides on-site indication. 
The stainless steel diaphragm pressure gauge is developed based on the structural features of conventional diaphragm pressure gauges. It is a micro-pressure gauge made from stainless steel material with excellent corrosion resistance, capable of measuring micro-pressure and negative pressure of various fluid media in process flows with high corrosion-resistance requirements. It serves as an ideal complementary product for domestic enterprises seeking to achieve localization of similar instruments previously imported from overseas. 
The instrument consists of a measurement system (including connectors, bellows capsules, and other components), a transmission mechanism (including lever mechanisms and gear mechanisms), an indicating component (including a pointer and a dial), and a housing (including the case, case cover, and glass lens). The instrument operates on the principle that, under the pressure of the medium being measured, the free surface of the bellows capsule undergoes corresponding elastic deformation. This deformation is then transmitted and amplified via a gear transmission mechanism, and finally, the pointer—fixed to the core gear shaft—is used to indicate the measured value on the dial. (The instrument is structurally equipped with a zero-adjusting device, allowing for convenient adjustment of the zero position.)
