Product Introduction
High-quality design is particularly well-suited for the chemical and petrochemical industries, the oil and gas industry, and energy engineering.
The stainless steel case and wetted parts can meet the high requirements for resistance to corrosive media. For particularly high corrosion-resistant applications, the pressure chamber of this diaphragm pressure gauge can be designed using a variety of special materials, such as PTFE, tantalum, or Hastelloy.
For media with high viscosity, tendency to crystallize, or that are prone to contamination, an open flange is recommended. Unlike threaded connections, open flange connections do not require the relief valve to be blocked. The flat gasket joint of the open flange allows for easy cleaning of the pressure chamber.
The measurement system featuring a diaphragm element employs a special design, and the diaphragm element can be independently supported by the upper flange, providing excellent overpressure protection. As a standard, diaphragm pressure gauges can withstand overpressure up to five times the full-scale range.
